 Reflection: Learn & Adjust

What did Last week teach you?

Reflection turns tracking into progress.

Week 1 done. Now we learn: 

- Which foods filled you up for the calories? 

- Where did calories “leak” (oils, snacks, drinks)? 

- Which meals are easy wins you can repeat? 

 Keep what worked, adjust what didn’t. 

Next week we add movement (NEAT) to pour petrol on your results. 

 2-Minute Action: 

Write one habit you’ll keep (e.g., “Pre-log dinner” or “Log coffee/milk”).
