Consistency: Build the Streak

Don’t chase perfect, chase streaks

You don’t need perfect numbers—you need reliable habits. 

The people who change the most don’t do magic; they show up daily.

As we head into the Weekend we will naturally tend to let things slip, but this is only for 28 days DONT LET IT SLIP.

By all means eat how you want but TRACK IT no matter what. 

Biuld awareness build your trust in yourself that you can do it.


Make it easy to be consistent: 

- Pre-log dinner/lunch in the morning. -

 Repeat go-to meals (less decision fatigue, fewer surprises). 

- If you eat out, estimate and move on—don’t skip logging. 

- Add notes in MFP (hunger, energy, mood) to spot patterns. 

 2-Minute Action: Pre-log one full meal for tomorrow.
