SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING (SGPT)

SGPT-  Allows you to train with guidance and coaching from our highly qualified and experienced coaches.

Group training will focus on strength, toning and mindset. Fitness is a massive part of our way of training but you certainly don't have to be fit to start as we will gradually improve your fitness regardless of whether you'r a complete beginner or advanced individual. 

⏺ Training within a small group is dynamic and fun, while still providing that individual and personal approach. 

 ⏺ Training alongside others will give you that accountability and drive to help you grow both physically and mentally. 

 ⏺ Sessions last 60 minutes.

 ⏺ You certainly DO NOT have to be fit to start, and our members fitness and and age vary from person to person. 

OUR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

All of our memberships will include the following.....

dedicated support- our coaches will be on hand every week to check I with you and help provide you with the tolls and support needed to stay on track both inside and outside of the gym.

Community environment- We pride ourselves on creating the best environment for everyone to get the very best out of themselves. What we do here is different from anywhere else, we make people feel welcome and give them the confidence to feel comfortable within the gym.

OUR APP- All members will be able to download the app to book sessions, get nutritional support with e books and documents, extra at home sessions, lifestyle training and nutritional videos, access to upload pics track weight and see progress and much much more. 

DIFFERENT TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS- we have 3 different types of memberships to suit everyone's lifestyle, we have class only membership which gives you access to just the engine classes. we have 2 tiers for the SGPT sessions depending on how many days you want to train.
