GROUP + CLASS STRUCTURE 

At our gym, we offer a carefully designed, well-rounded class schedule that balances strength, conditioning, endurance, and team-based training. Every week, you’ll rotate through a mix of focused strength sessions, hybrid classes that blend lifting with cardio, energy system development to push your aerobic capacity, and varied mixed modal workouts to challenge your versatility. 

We also build community with dedicated team engine sessions, where you work together to push further and harder. 

 No matter your goal — building muscle, improving fitness, or pushing your limits — our structured programming ensures you hit all areas of performance across the week, keeping your training balanced, progressive, and fun.

PHOENIX SGPT

STRENGTH 

A focused program designed to build maximal strength using heavy compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses. This class develops foundational power, improves lifting technique, and includes accessory work to enhance muscular balance and joint stability.

HYBRID

A fast-paced, high-intensity class combining strength and conditioning in one session. Expect lighter weights, bodyweight movements, and cardio elements like erg work — designed to build both muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness in under an hour.

STR + HYBRID

A combined class that mixes heavy strength training with high-rep, high-intensity hybrid movements. Expect barbell lifts paired with bodyweight exercises, conditioning intervals, or erg work — giving you the best of both worlds: strength gains and conditioning

WONKY WEDNESDAY

This class targets your aerobic and anaerobic systems through structured intervals using ski ergs, rowers, bikes, or running. Improve your endurance, recovery, and work capacity while pushing your cardiovascular limits.

FUNKY FRIDAY

A constantly varied workout blending strength, conditioning, and skill-based movements. From kettlebells to gymnastics, sleds to barbells, Mixed Modal challenges you with diverse tools and formats designed to test both your physical and mental capacity.

TEAM ENGINE

A team-based workout designed to test grit, teamwork, and engine (cardiovascular endurance). You’ll work in pairs or groups to complete large tasks, share the workload, and push each other to the finish — because together, you can go further.

TUESDAY

STRENGTH OR STRENGTH + HYBRID

Today depending on your goals members have the option to choose strength alone or have the added benefit of doing hybrid (SWEAT) alongside there strength training. 

WEDNESDAY

Wonky Wednesday 

The day we get to work on our fitness. 

THURSDAY

WHOLE BODY STRENGTH

Working on higher rep ranges and working on our weaknesses within the training programme.
