OUR CLASSES

HYROX

A dedicated class designed to prep you for HYROX-style events, combining functional fitness, running intervals, and machine work like ski ergs and sleds. Expect high-intensity stations that build endurance, power, and mental toughness — perfect for anyone aiming to compete or just train like an athlete.

ENGINE

A pure cardio conditioning session focused on building your aerobic engine. Using machines like the rower, ski erg, bike, or running intervals, this class improves your stamina, work capacity, and recovery — no heavy weights, just non-stop effort.

METCON

Metabolic conditioning at its finest. This class blends strength, speed, and endurance into short, intense circuits designed to burn calories, build muscle endurance, and push you to your limits. Fast-paced, sweaty, and guaranteed to leave you breathless.

FUNKY FRIDAY

End the week with a smile! Funky Friday is a high-energy, fun-focused team workout where the main goal is to move, sweat, and enjoy. Expect creative challenges, partner work, and a party vibe — the perfect way to finish your training week on a high.
