The app will allow you to have day to day easy access to all of the features that you will need such as booking sessions educational videos and emails from coaches and much more. 

Using the APP is very simple and the main features include accessing videos at home workouts and nutritional support, forms, documents and loads of other valuable information that the coaches put in there that will help you improve your training and nutrition.  

STEP ONE

Log into Fitness Hub

Go into the fitness hub and enter your details.

The hub will allow you to input data and record and log everything from performance related goals and results to health related goals and results. 


Our advice is to use the hub as much as possible so you can get the best out of your health and fitness.
