ONLINE COACHING 


PERSONAL 1:1 COACHING 

This service will give you that personal 1:1 coaching and Nutritional guidance. 

This is also 24/7 support and comes with weekly and monthly check ins. 

If your passionate about your fitness and want to take your training to the next level this service is for you. 


GROUP ONLINE COACHING.

This service you have the option to follow our group coaching which our members go through each day. 

There is a place to log and record progress as well as a leaderboard to see how you are doing compared to others.

There are 2 programmes to follow:

1- ADAPT = 5 DAYS A WEEK 

2- LIFESTYLE = 3 DAYS A WEEK

PLUS YOU HAVE THE ADDED EXTRA SESSIONS WHICH YOU CAN ALSO FOLLOW WHICH ARE 

SOULFUL SUNDAYS + FITNESS 


HYBRID MODAL

This is a mixture of online coaching and in person coaching. 

You will get a day or 2 were you come to the gym and be coached and the rest of the programme will be online. 

This is a great modal if you cant afford 1:1 coaching but you still want to incorporate it within your training to keep you accountable and progressing.
