These sessions are designed with specific Hyrox exercises to help everyone wether your wanting to compete or just simply want to get involved both. ALL ABILITIES WELCOME
⏺ PSYCHO SATURDAY - The hardest class of the week. Hence why its only on of a Saturday. Team based but sometimes on your own you will be asked to leave everything on the gym floor for your team. Community and hard work is everything here.
