WHAT IS small group personal training

SGPT is an inclusive training space for all abilities led by expert coaches.


What To Expect

⏺ Training within a small group is dynamic and fun, while still providing that individual and personal approach.

⏺ Training alongside others will give you that accountability and drive to help you grow both physically and mentally.

⏺ Sessions last 60 minutes.

⏺ Sessions are coach led with a 6/1 approach so this will feel exactly like a PT session.

⏺ You certainly DO NOT have to be fit to start, and our members fitness and and age vary from person to person. 


SGPT training TWICE a week....

You can do 2 SGPT sessions per week and also have that accountability from. the coach to help your lifestyle on the other days. 

SGPT training + LARGE GROUP ....

This hybrid modal is perfect for those who still love the large class based fitness sessions aswell as added benefit of the 2 SGPT sessions. 

You can attend 2 SGPT sessions and 2 Large group classes. with weekends being free. 

SGPT training 5 times a week....

If you love SGPT and you then this is the one for you. Training 5 times a week learning new skills and having training splits that focus on specific target areas are the base of this programme. 

Sessions run everyday at 6am + 7am + 9:30am + 12pm + 5;30pm + 6:30pm

All Memberships include OPEN GYM...

If you ever miss a group session or you are unable to make a session then you can come in at anytime of the day to train. We are here to help you and we will always be on hand to make sure you never missing sessions.
